Genus Grallaricula are a genus of small antpittas, short-tailed insect-eating birds, that may come to the ground like Grallaria antpittas, but often stay above the ground. |

The Peru and Bolivian races of the Rusty-breasted Antpitta were split off in IOC 9.1 (2019). There is also an recently discovered isolated population near Quito, Ecuador. |
