Forpus is a genus of sparrow-sized (around 13 cm.) green parrots, called Parrotlets

Once grouped with the Blue-winged Parrotlet. Once called the Large-billed Parrotlet, but the large bill is only slightly larger. Note female is all green while male has some blue on the wings.
