Genus: Drymophila (5 species, 11 worldwide)

Genus Drymophila are small slender antbirds with long tails and calls similar to each other, and are often found with bamboo. Many were formerly considered the same species.

Split from the former Long-tailed Antbird based on differences in 'loadsong' and male having a black 'mid-crown to hindcrown'. Found in Santander and upper Magdalena Valley. (HBW)
