Much larger than other Anis, and more forest-based. Moves in groups.


Groove-billed Ani (Crotophaga sulcirostris) Range: MA, SA: Mexico to Guyana and nw Argentina Rancho Margot, Costa Rica

Very similar to the Smooth-billed Ani but note the range. Also note the grooves and less arch in the bill.
