A widespread greyish-brown 'mouse' colored tyrannulet with pale brow and varying amounts of yellow in the chest/belly.

Split from the Tumbes Tyrannulet, and very similar but found at higher elevations.

Found only on Isla Cocos in the Pacific. Once called Cocos Flycatcher.
