Similar to the Mountain Wren, but found at over 3000m. Requires a multi-day hike to the Santa Marta paramo to see.

  Common around farms, but also seen in many habitat types away from people.

In tropical America the House Wren is widespread and common, even inside cities. The Southern version, as opposed to Northern House Wren is found south from south Mexico.
