Bicolored Conebill (Conirostrum bicolor) Immature Near Threatened Salamanca National Park, Colombia The immature is pale and yellow.

Seen in mangrove habitats. Could be confused with a Blue-grey Tanager. The 'minus' race is in a different habitat type along the Amazon river.

Found in the canopy of varzea forest along large rivers in the Amazon, usually in cecropia. Compare to similar Bicolored Conebill with similar habitat. Note one color breast and lighter color of back than Bicolored Conebill, and faster song. Immature is yellow-breasted.
