A medium-sized rare tinamou with pale breast, chestnut head, and black bars on back (similar to many other species).

A medium sized usually common tinamou. Cinereous to brownish with yellowish legs. Eye (iris) color varies.
An individual with redder eyes and less yellow legs.

A rare Tinamou found in areas of northwest Colombia not normally visited. Small but larger than Little Tinamou. Brown with a blackish head HBW.

The smallest tinamou. Often common, but usually heard and not seen. Females are similar to males, but a bit brighter and/or redder.
A possible female.

A large, vocal tinamou, usually found in wet habitats or varzea forest, and the most common in the Amazon.
