Note pink black-tipped bill. Generally found in dense forest, but some birds are found outside of the forest (adaptation to deforestation?)

Found below 1500m. Small and timid; uniformly streaked yellow and olive from neck to belly. Found at lower altitudes than the similar Streak-necked Flycatcher. Note white mark behind eye.

Found above 1500m. More grey head and more streaking around neck than Olive-striped Flycatcher, which is found below 1500m.
