Band-tailed Cacique (Cacicus latirostris)
   


A smaller oropendola (sometimes called Band-tailed Cacique) grouped by taxonomy with caciques, but sometimes seen flying with true oropendolas, or in groups of two or three. Black with chestnut nape, light colored bill, blue eyes, and a light band on inside of tail. Hard to see perched.
