One of a three way split of the Grey Elaenia, and found in northwest Amazon. Male is all grey and white, while female has a grey head and is yellow with yellow wing bars. Always found in the canopy.
Possible immature male?

Note grey head and small white crown that is difficult to see. Wing bars from bright yellow to very pale yellow. Bill black. Usually found in dry forests.

Rare and local. Yellow with yellow wing bars and dark grey crown. Male and female alike. Note similar Amazonian Elaenia female (was Grey Elaenia) has an all grey head, and less contrast between head/crown and body.

One of a three way split of the Grey Elaenia, and found in pacific lowland forest. Male is all grey and white, while female has a grey head and is yellow with yellow wing bars. Always found in the canopy.
