Male is all grey and white, while female has a grey head and is yellow with yellow wing bars.
Possible immature male?
A strange bird that reportedly sings like a Foothill Elaenia and has more yellow than a Grey Elaenia should have.

Note grey head and small white crown that difficult to see. Wing bars from bright yellow to very pale yellow. Bill black.

Foothill Elaenia

  The north Colombian race looks more like a Grey Elaenia, but sings like a Foothill Elaenia.

Rare and local. Yellow with yellow wing bars and dark grey crown. Male and female alike. Note similar [Grey Elaenia] female has an all grey head, and less contrast between head/crown and body.
